Personal data protection
The bidder hereby grants to the Iris Auctions – Jiří Macek VAT/TIN 76338916, company number 76338916 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), its consent to process the following personal data of the auction participant within the meaning of the relevant generally binding legal regulations and directly enforceable legal acts (regulations) of the EU (as amended): name, surname, date of birth, home address, email and telephone number, for the purpose of notifying the auction participant about the holding of further auctions, sending auction catalogues and offers of other services of the administrator. The above personal data will be processed by the controller for the necessary period of time; unless otherwise specified in the relevant generally binding legal regulation, the auction participant understands that the necessary period of time for processing personal data is 10 years.
The auction participant gives his/her explicit consent to the controller for the above processing of his/her personal data. The auction participant understands that he/she can withdraw his/her consent at any time, for example by sending an email or a letter to the address of the controller's registered office in the commercial register. The auction participant further understands that the processing of his/her personal data will be carried out by the controller through authorised employees, either manually or by automated means, but that the personal data of the auction participant may also be provided to persons belonging to the controller's group for processing. The auction participant also understands that he/she has the right under the relevant generally binding legislation and directly enforceable EU legislation (Regulation) (as amended) (i) to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, (ii) to request the controller to inform him/her what personal data of the auction participant is processed by the controller, (iii) to request the controller to explain the processing of the personal data of the auction participant, (iv) request access to the personal data processed by the controller and have the controller update or rectify the personal data; (v) request the controller to delete the auction participant's personal data; and (vi) contact the controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of any doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of the auction participant's personal data. For the avoidance of doubt, the Auction Participant declares that he/she has been informed by the Controller of the intended processing of his/her personal data, the scope and conditions of such processing of personal data and of any related rights of the Auction Participant, in accordance with the relevant generally applicable laws and directly enforceable EU legal acts (regulations) (including the so-called GDPR).
